Commitment to values – an interview with the managing director of Rudolph Autóipari Logisztikai Kft.

Rudolph Autóipari Logisztikai Kft. has been a committed supporter of UNI GYŐR ETO HC from the very beginning. It is particularly valuable to us to have the backing of a company whose parent company and Hungarian subsidiary both have a long history of supporting ice hockey. We asked Attila Kószás, Managing Director, what this partnership means to them.

1. Could you please briefly summarise: what is the main area of business for Rudolph Autóipari Logisztikai Kft., and what values does the company operate by?

Our company’s core business is the provision of logistics services for the automotive industry, with a particular focus on warehousing, manufacturing logistics and the efficient operation of the supply chain. Our day-to-day operations are guided by a commitment to customer focus, reliability, continuous improvement and long-term partnerships. We also place great importance on taking responsibility towards our employees, our partners and the wider community.

1. When and why did the company decide to sponsor the university ice hockey team in Győr?

The decision to provide sponsorship was made when it became clear to us that the university ice hockey team not only strives for sporting success, but also shares values close to our own. The team’s discipline, perseverance, teamwork and commitment to improvement are principles that are also central to our corporate culture. Furthermore, we consider it important to support the local community and young talent in Győr.

1. How do you see it: how is the value of this support reflected in the life of the company — in the eyes of customers, employees and partners?

Our support for sport sends a clear message: Rudolph takes a long-term view and plays an active role in community life. For our customers, this reinforces our stability and reliability, whilst our employees are proud to work for a company that, alongside its business success, also embraces social responsibility. In the eyes of our partners, all of this further strengthens our credibility.

Partnership.

1. What message would you convey to the club’s players and coaches, and what would you say to the supporters on behalf of the company ahead of this season?

We wish the players and the coaching staff perseverance, good health and a successful season, and hope that they will always take to the ice with the same determination and team spirit that have characterised them so far.
